Responsible for executing and improving test methodologies across multiple technologies. This role focuses on advanced testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of specialized test equipment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable test outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute, adapt, and improve test methodologies and test plans
- Set up, operate, calibrate, maintain, and repair specialized test equipment
- Debug and troubleshoot complex test failures; perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
- Load, run, and validate complex programs, builds, or test sequences
- Document test results and communicate issues, risks, and recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to support testing activities and timelines
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in testing, measurement, or related technical work
- Strong experience with test execution, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with test equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance
- Ability to follow and adapt procedures or help define new ones
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
