Project Specific Skills (Mandatory)

• Performance Testing & Engineering
• Excellence stakeholder management
• Strategizing at enterprise level.

• At least 14+ years of experience in Performance testing & engineering.
• Strong Performance testing experience on COTS based applications & their Integrations - Salesforce, Mule Soft, API, etc.,
• Working experience on Apache JMeter (must) and additional tools - Load Runner, Neo Load etc.,
• Should have performance tested Salesforce applications
• Performance testing with hands on experience in multiple performance testing tools - Apache JMeter (must), Load Runner, Neo Load etc.,
• Able to troubleshoot the scripting issues and recommend to team to work as per business process expectations.
• Capable of enterprise view and act as an advisor to the customer
• Ability to strategize, plan and estimate for performance engineering
• Strong in performance test results analysis and providing performance improvement recommendations
• Understanding of system architecture (web servers, databases, APIs) at Enterprise level.
• Ability to prepare technical and managerial reports
• Ability to strategize at enterprise level
• Excellence stakeholder management & able to effectively communicate across all stakeholders.
