Project Engineer – Heavy Civil Construction

💰 $125,000 – $170,000/year + Per Diem (Depending on experience)

We are seeking experienced Project Engineers to support large-scale heavy civil construction projects
. You will play a key role in ensuring project work is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

These major roadway and drainage projects are located along the U.S.–Mexico border across Texas, California, and Arizona
, beginning Q1 2026 and expected to run for about 3 years
. Multiple openings are available, including Project Engineers, Office Engineers, and Field Engineers
.

• 🔹 Assist in developing scope, budgets & schedules
• 🔹 Conduct site investigations & feasibility studies
• 🔹 Prepare work plans and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
• 🔹 Coordinate with clients, contractors & regulatory agencies
• 🔹 Monitor construction for quality, safety & spec compliance
• 🔹 Support construction planning, QC, and conflict resolution
• 🔹 Maintain daily reports, logs & quality control documentation

• ✔ 5+ years experience in Heavy Civil Construction
• ✔ Strong knowledge of quantity take-off systems
• ✔ Proficiency with Primavera scheduling software

• ➕ Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• ➕ Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance (support provided)
