Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong hardware expertise to drive Post‑Silicon (Post‑Si) performance validation, benchmarking, and optimization for next‑generation products. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to push performance limits and deliver cutting‑edge solutions.

• Apply hardware knowledge and experience to plan, optimize, and execute Post‑Si performance validation and benchmarking.
• Conduct simulations, analyze designs, and identify opportunities to enhance performance during Post‑Si phases.
• Analyze timing reports and perform trade‑offs across timing, area, and power; develop optimization recipes.
• Implement multi‑power domain design methodologies effectively.
• Collaborate with design, verification, validation, standard cell engineering, and architecture teams to meet performance goals for each generation.
• Evaluate, characterize, and develop manufacturing solutions for leading‑edge products, ensuring successful bring‑up to meet customer expectations and schedules.
• Drive innovation, automation, and optimization initiatives to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with multiple teams through excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong understanding of hardware design and Post‑Si validation processes.
• Proficiency in timing analysis, trade‑offs, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with multi‑power domain implementation.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse engineering teams.

Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
