We are looking for an experienced and driven Display and Touch Driver Engineer to join our engineering team. This position is essential for ensuring the performance, reliability, and efficiency of display and touch subsystems, while also supporting production and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with embedded systems, low‑level driver development, and hardware interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain display and touch drivers at the kernel level or for microcontrollers.
  • Provide engineering support to production and manufacturing teams, resolving issues related to calibration, testing, and yield optimization.
  • Analyze hardware schematics to understand display and touch subsystem design and interface requirements.
  • Develop and manage hardware control interfaces, including GPIO, I2C, SPI, regulators, and interrupt mechanisms.
  • Optimize power usage and management of display and touch subsystems to meet device power targets.
  • Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to integrate drivers and troubleshoot system‑level issues.
  • Create and execute test cases to ensure driver quality, stability, and reliability.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience developing device drivers for Linux kernel and microcontrollers; experience with display and touch drivers is a plus.
  • Proficient in C and C++ programming.
  • Ability to read and interpret hardware schematics.
  • Deep understanding of embedded hardware control mechanisms:
  • GPIO control
  • I2C communication
  • Interrupt handling
  • Power sequencing and management
  • Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems.
