** Job Summary
** The candidate for this position must desire to work and grow within the Environmental Health and Safety field.  This position must establish a solid understanding of the principles of wastewater treatment processes.

This position will support all aspects of the environmental health and safety program as well as continuous improvement projects to ensure TTM excels in this realm.

The position reports to the site EHS manager.##

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supervise, train, and evaluate WWT operators.
* Supervises WWT maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of equipment; verifies proper implementation of WWT preventive maintenance plan as well as the work order issuance for any corrective maintenance whenever required.
* Assists in all Process Engineering Matters related to WWT and EHS
* Maintains accurate records of WWT processes, inspections, and compliance reports to ensure conformance with all environmental regulations.
* Ensures proper calibration and maintenance of WWT monitoring equipment is maintained.
* Coordinates maintenance and troubleshooting of WWT equipment to minimize downtime.
* Analyze safety metrics to identify trends and establish improvement projects and procedures to reduce future risk.
* Administers divisional environmental programs, including hazardous waste, stormwater, air emissions, TRI, Tier II, and chemical management programs to ensure full compliance.
* Assist in the management of wastes and reclaim streams to ensure proper handling and disposal.
