C&S Companies is hiring a senior aviation professional for a newly created role on their well-established California team. In this role, the leader will serve as the face of the company while working with local airport clients and assist in a program manager role for key local programs. This individual will also mentor the local area staff, shaping the next generation of aviation professionals by providing them with industry insight and sharing technical knowledge.

C&S Companies is a leader in the aviation industry with extensive backlog throughout California including varying size airport projects with San Diego International Airport, the City of San Diego, the City of Palo Alto, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, San Mateo County, Palm Springs International Airport, John Wayne Airport, and Oakland International Airport. This position will be key to fostering continued relationships with the firm’s well-established clients and building relationships with potential new clients.

Individual can work from San Diego, Los Angeles, or Sacramento, CA. Flexible work options, and hybrid work schedules are available for this position. Local experience is not required but individual needs to be based in one of these metro areas.

Salary Range: $165,000 - $200,000/year – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set and location.

• 12+ years of experience
• BS in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related technical field
• Appropriate licensure in field such as the PE, AICP, CM preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with the aviation industry with knowledge of either airside or landside design projects, or airport planning projects.
