OHLA USA is seeking a Cost Engineer to support large-scale civil infrastructure projects in the San Diego region, primarily focused on underground utilities, pipeline construction, pump stations, and mechanical scopes. This role is critical to maintaining cost control, forecasting accuracy, and financial performance on public works projects.

• Track and manage project budgets, commitments, and cost forecasts
• Prepare monthly cost-to-complete and earned value reporting
• Support pricing and documentation of change orders and extra work
• Analyze labor, equipment, subcontractor, and material productivity
• Identify cost risks and financial trends early
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and billing coordination
• Support bid reviews and estimate handoffs

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in heavy civil or utility construction preferred
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with cost control systems (Procore, Viewpoint, Primavera, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Spanish bilingual is a plus

Minimum Salary: USD $81,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Salary: USD $99,000.00/Yr.
