Position is that of a Engineering Planner responsible for team support for AEGIS ships while undergoing Modernization at multiple continental United States and international locations.
PlanningYou are a dedicated ESH professional with over 8 years of experience as an ESH leader in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. You excel in leadership, communication, and analytical skills, and possess a thorough understanding of ESH management systems and regulations. Your expertise will drive our commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.

BasicQualifications
- Ability to plan and schedule
- Knowledge or education in recommending and executing corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, resource adjustments, and network logic requirements
- Proven ability in utilizing MS Project or another comparable scheduling tool
- Must have or be able to obtain US DoD Secret Security clearance
- Ability to manage multiple projects within given scope and deadlines
- Root Cause and Corrective Action experience and mindset
- Self-Starter and motivated to contribute to process improvements
- Strong relationship builder with customer and team members with the ability to diplomatically work through problems
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
