Our systems, including condensers, absorbers, quenchers, Venturi scrubbers, and wet electrostatic precipitators, are designed in-house and fabricated by a network of suppliers. We cater to the chemical, industrial, medical, and pathological waste treatment sectors.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly technical Project Manager to oversee custom-engineered projects for air pollution control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering, with extensive experience in the design, fabrication, and installation of industrial piping, valves, instrumentation, and ASME Boiler Pressure Code vessels.
Experience with PLC and HMI equipment and structural steel is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project engineering, from detail design to vendor selection and management.
- Review and implement specifications, check fabrication drawings, and develop requests for quotations.
- Oversee fabrication processes and review technical documents for compliance with project goals and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal design resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Utilize Solid Works and Microsoft Project for project design and management.
- BS or MS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in project engineering, preferably supporting refineries, chemical plants, or large industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in Solid Works and Microsoft Project.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Strong communication skills with experience dealing with vendors and clients.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, scheduling, and working with engineering specifications.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial piping, valves, instrumentation, and ASME Boiler Pressure Code vessels.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) equipment.
- Experience in structural steel design and fabrication.
