• Advanced electronic training or relevant experience.
• Proficient in using assembly tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Experience in soldering and mechanical assembly.
• Pursuing a ME, EE or a technical degree.
• Solder and/or ESD certification.
• Prior work experience in the industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Creo CAD Design tool skill.
• Desktop CNC and SMT machine programming experience.
• Understanding and demonstrated application of PWB design principles, practices, and standards.

• Perform root cause analysis on rework failure.
• Assist in troubleshooting and fixing lab hardware.
• Prepare, load, and solder printed circuit boards with minimal supervision.
• Perform mechanical assembly of rack assemblies, reference devices, test boxes, and chassis.
• Communicate effectively with prototype leads and engineering groups.
