• Prepare and prosecute patent applications in electrical engineering and software‑related technologies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their inventions and draft patent applications.
• Conduct patentability and freedom‑to‑operate analyses.
• Communicate with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) regarding patent applications.

• 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Admission to the USPTO.

Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.

USPTO registration.

• Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and neural networks.
• Knowledge of telecommunications technologies, such as 5G and 6G.
• Understanding of autonomous driving and RF circuitry.
• Familiarity with hardware and communications security, including encryption and decryption.
