Job Overview
Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. employs a high-performance, low‑power Hexagon/NPU core in a variety of mobile SOC, Server, IoT, and Automotive solutions. The core delivers performance with low power and area across Audio, Modem, Machine Learning, IoT, and Automotive applications.
Responsibilities- Own verification environments for units and subsystems throughout all stages of the verification process.
- Collaborate closely with architecture, design, and implementation teams to address the full spectrum of verification issues in modern design processes.
- Work with customers who receive core IP to verify integration of the processor core within larger SOC components.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and ensure Qualcomm remains at the leading edge of technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years of digital design verification experience, including modern verification environments and techniques.
- Detailed understanding of System Verilog Testbench verification environments.
- Strong background in Object‑Oriented programming.
- Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in processor verification.
- Knowledge of cache, memory coherency, interconnect, bus protocol, and processor integration is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of software or systems engineering work experience.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of software or systems engineering work experience.
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience with high‑performance microprocessor design.
