Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer (PE or EIT Track)

Seeking an Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of experience to support design and project delivery across a mix of public and private infrastructure projects. This role blends hands‑on design with project coordination responsibilities.

• BS in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of electrical design experience
• California PE license or actively working toward it
• Experience with building codes and electrical design standards
• Proficiency with AutoCAD

• Perform electrical design, calculations, and system layout for a range of projects
• Develop plans, specifications, and technical reports
• Support proposal development and fee estimates
• Assist with project planning including schedules and work plans
• Help manage projects to ensure schedule, budget, and client requirements are met
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout project execution

• Strong communication skills and client interaction experience
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working both independently and in team environments
• Proficient with standard tools like Excel and Word

• Exposure to a variety of infrastructure and facility projects
• Mix of design and project responsibility without being fully PM heavy
• Established engineering environment with steady project flow
• Clear path toward increased responsibility and licensure growth
