Job Duties and Responsibilities
Architect data converter solutions to meet diverse application requirements, focusing on state-of-the-art multi‑GHz sample rates and bandwidth.
Develop and implement calibration algorithms for digitally assisted analog circuits.
Design challenging transistor‑level circuits.
Collaborate with internal and external customers, working across multiple sites and teams.
Prepare effective design documents and conduct engaging design reviews.
Guide layout, evaluation, and test engineering teams.
Mentor other design engineers.
M.S. or higher in Electrical Engineering.
20+ years of experience in CMOS design.
Proven track record and technical expertise in high‑speed data converter design, including pipeline ADC, SAR ADC, or current‑steering DAC architectures.
Intimate understanding of time‑interleaved data converters.
Experience designing a wide range of circuits such as wide‑bandwidth amplifiers, comparators, switched‑capacitor circuits, precision voltage and current references, and LDOs.
Experience with Cadence schematic capture and SPICE simulation tools.
Signal processing knowledge is a strong plus, particularly as it relates to calibration algorithms.
Experience with MATLAB for behavioral modeling.
Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a large team.

Salary range: $184,030 to $266,485, varying by location, experience, and other factors.
