SoC Design and Integration Engineer

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is a world leader in wireless ICs and is looking for bright ASIC engineers with excellent analytical and technical skills to join a fast‑paced SoC team working on high‑performance ASICs in sub‑5nm process nodes for mobile, AI, Compute, and XR spaces.

• Use tools and applications to execute the architecture and design of SOC according to the provided design protocol.
• Resolve architecture, design, or verification problems by applying sound ASIC engineering practices with minimal supervision.
• Execute design and verification strategies in alignment with ASIC, SoC, and IP core specifications and project lead.
• Participate in the design, analysis, and reviews of IPs.
• Identify areas for flow and process improvements through design techniques and automation.
• Provide silicon learnings to the process team, design methodology, IP, and SoC design groups.

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in ASIC design, scripting, and architecture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field and 6+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
• OR Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
• OR PhD in Science, Engineering, or a related field and 4+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
