Technicien Support Niveau 2 (H/F)
We are looking for a technician support level 2 for our Ile-de-France agency.
Attached to the managed services team (20 people), in a stimulating work environment, you will take charge of technical support missions for network equipment sold or maintained by the company (LAN, WAN, Security, VoIP, ToIP), ensuring the quality of the customer relationship:
- You will ensure the diagnosis and resolution of incidents within the framework of our service contracts, in compliance with SLA commitments;
- You will initiate operational procedures in case of alert;
- You will write the reports allowing the follow-up of our actions for our clients (intervention reports, service analysis...);
- You will maintain a privileged relationship with the clients in order to provide an efficient response;
- Attentive to the dissemination of technical knowledge within the team, you will also ensure the transmission of useful information to the commercial service.
With a training bac+2/3 in networks and telecommunications, you have experience in customer service.
