Votre Mission

At Sogitec, you will be:

Attached to the Simulation Directorate, and under the responsibility of its service manager, you will be, as an Artificial Intelligence Expert, responsible for the conception, development, and deployment of high-value added AI solutions. You will work on strategic projects integrating (non-exhaustive):

• Advanced Deep Learning.
• Reinforcement Learning (RL).
• Generative AI and Language Models (LLM).

You will work closely with technical and business teams to transform functional needs into high-performance and industrializable algorithmic solutions.

You will be involved in:

• Algorithmic study.
• Functional and technical design of software, ensuring robustness, performance, usability, and scalability.
• Software developments.
• Unit tests and automatic tests.
• Correction of detected anomalies.
• Technical documentation.
• Knowledge dissemination.

You may be involved in missions abroad.

Today you are:

You hold an engineering or university degree of level Bac+5 or Bac+8 with significant experience in the development and production of advanced AI models.

You must demonstrate:

• Scientific and technical curiosity, particularly for the defense sector;
• Adaptability (to the field of aeronautics and flight simulation, to the complexity of the subject, to the diversity of required skills);
• Appetite for technological challenges;
• Capacity for abstraction of the problem posed;
• Perspective and anticipation;
• Autonomy and idea proposal;
• Organizational and relational ease.

The skills we are looking for are:

• Strong scientific fundamentals (mathematics, statistics, probability, algebra, numerical optimization…).
• Deep Learning, neural networks, training, frameworks…
• Reinforcement Learning.
• Generative AI & LLM (Transformers, Prompt engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning, Agentic…).
• Industrialization & MLOps (Hardware and Infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment of models in production, Monitoring).
• Software development (Python, C++…).

Minimum experience:

10 years in the field.

One (or several) experience(s) in the defense and/or simulation field would be desirable.

Scientific publications or presentations at conferences are a plus, as well as open-source contributions.
