Group Iming

Group Iming is an engineering group that is focused on human and climate urgency to support public and private actors in managing their most complex construction projects, from the design phases to delivery.

It is composed of a team of engineers who cover the value chain of the trades related to the fields of construction, mobility services, and energy.

Specialists in custom solutions, most often in exploited environments or within ICPE, the staff of Group Iming work on operations where the sought expertise is to integrate environmental issues and design sustainably. This know-how is now indispensable to eco-design and manage global projects integrating rehabilitation and construction of buildings, infrastructures, and energy replenishment systems, in increasingly restrictive regulatory and normative contexts.

This is what Group Iming has chosen to put at the center of its development.

Group Iming possesses and offers a very complete range of skills for operations of small and medium sizes (50k€ to 20M€ budget). The group has a deep knowledge of the specific regulations in each field of intervention. It has all the qualifications necessary for the missions it manages.

For more than 20 years, the companies of Group Iming have accompanied private and public actors, as a project manager and assistant to the project manager on various types of projects and notably:

- Distribution of energies (hydrocarbons, natural gas, IRVE, hydrogen, etc.)

- Green mobilities, for public and private transport, and associated service equipment

- Infrastructures, environment, and outdoor amenities

- Highway areas and tolls, carpooling parking lots

- Tertiary and industrial buildings

Iming, it's nearly 80 employees for a national coverage (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, and Nantes).

The project manager will pilot construction projects from feasibility studies/diagnoses to reception operations (GPA included), mainly as a project manager.

The projects will cover the audit and diagnosis, the conception and the follow-up of redevelopments, heavy renovations, constructions of tertiary buildings (offices; restaurants) or industrial ones (maintenance workshops for heavy goods vehicles or aircraft).

The projects, realized at 95% on exploited sites, always contain a component of OPC.

The project manager could also be asked to work as an OPC on renovation projects of historical monuments.

The issues addressed will be the conformity to normative and regulatory standards, the eco-design of the projects, the coexistence works/exploitation, the management of group, the industrial risks.

The missions entrusted are detailed below:

In the feasibility studies phase / sketches / programming - He.she will technically, temporally, and financially pilot the co-contractors and subcontractors, mainly the usual partners of Iming (BET Structures; BET Fluids; BET Environment; Architects; MOE Asbestos/Lead; …).

- He.she will carry out the preliminary studies (technical and regulatory) to confirm the capacity of the site to receive the project.

- He.she will sketch the project to determine the main lines.

- He.she will make the financial estimates and the CAPEX/OPEX analyses of the different scenarios and conceive tools to help the decision-making for the client.

- He.she will elaborate the envelope calendar of the operation.

In the conception phase, from the ESQ to the ACT - He.she will technically, temporally, and financially pilot the co-contractors and subcontractors, mainly the usual partners of Iming (BET Structures; BET Fluids; BET Environment; Architects; MOE Asbestos/Lead; …).

- He.she will animate the internal meetings to the group or external with the MOA, or its elected officials, and the other stakeholders to the project.

- He.she will ensure the technical, temporal, and financial conformity of the project to the program of works.
