Operations Manager
Scope of Position

We’re excited to announce our participation with Hiring our Hero’s Skill Bridge program. The recruitment process will begin in June 2026 with the opportunity for the fellow to begin the 12‑week fellowship in September 2026.
ResponsibilitiesSkills required to be successful as a Skill Bridge Fellow:
- Project management expertise: Ability to oversee and manage the enhancement of procurement processes as part of the Procure to Pay (P2P) Transformation project.
- Strong organizational skills: Skilled in managing tasks and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
- Analytical capabilities: Ability to analyze processes, identify improvements, and align workflows with transformation goals.
- Problem‑solving abilities: Capable of identifying and addressing challenges that may arise during the transformation journey.
- Time management skills: Ensuring adherence to project scope and timelines for a successful rollout of new workflows and technologies.
- Knowledge of automation solutions: Familiarity with implementation processes for Procure to Pay Automation Processes (AKA Relish), driving efficiency and innovation.
- Focus on delivering value: Committed to enhancing the Procure to Pay business cycle by implementing solutions that streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be currently serving, Active Duty, U.S. Armed Forces Service member
- Must be within one year of your End of Active Service transition date
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and participate in a fast‑paced environment
- Effective task management skills
- High level of motivation
- Great attitude and desire to learn and grow
