CTR Group is looking for a Planner / Estimator to help support our Shipyard Client in San Diego, CA. This position involves writing work specifications, estimating labor and materials, and conducting ship checks. Candidates should have knowledge of U.S. Navy ship construction and strong communication skills. The pay rate ranges from $24 to $30 per hour.
