** Responsibilities for a Product Innovation Associate include but are not limited to:*
* + Manage full product development lifecycle including concept, sampling, costing, testing, packaging, and commercialization
+ Track development timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time product launches
+ Conduct trend research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to support product innovation strategies
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, sourcing, supply chain, QA, and marketing teams to drive execution
** Candidates for Product Innovation Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* + 3-5 years of experience in product development, merchandising, product design, or consumer products
+
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and product lifecycle management
+ Strong skills in organization, project management, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
+ Proficiency with PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva, or similar tools, and strong communication skills

** Pay Details:** $42.55 per hour
