** Description*
* In this role, you will be a key member of the Systems Engineering team working on mobility control features for 5G and 6G wireless communication systems.
** Minimum Qualifications*
* + BS and 10+ years of relevant experience is required.
+ Good understanding of 5G-: RRC and PHY specifically.
+ In-depth knowledge of Wireless Communication Systems.
+
Experience with Matlab, C/C++, Java script and/or Python for system-level simulation, workflow automation, data analysis and visualization.
+ Strong theoretical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Familiar with signal design, cell search/measurement and mobility behavior.
+ Familiar with key RRC signaling flows between UE and network.
+ Ability to make proper design tradeoff considering power, performance and complexity.
+
Experience with genAI tools to improve work efficiency, and data analysis / machine learning skills.
