IMING
IMING is an engineering company that has chosen to mix human and climate urgency to support public and private actors in managing their most complex projects, from the design phases to delivery. It is the result of the merger of two engineering companies that have covered the value chain of activities related to the fields of construction, mobility services, and energies for more than 20 years (INGEOLE and SPMO).
Specialists in tailor-made projects, most often in exploited environments or within complex ICPE, the IMING group's staff work on projects where the expertise sought is that of designing sustainably from an environmental perspective. To rehabilitate or build buildings in a sustainable way, the associated infrastructures or systems for the supply and storage of cleaner, more environmentally friendly energies, this know-how is today indispensable.
This is what the IMING group has chosen to put at the center of its development.
The employees of the group unite around 4 common values that constitute the DNA of the group, put at the service of the clients: responsible ethics; agility; tailor-made; involvement.
For more than 20 years, the employees of IMING have accompanied private and public actors, as Master of Works and Assistant to Master of Works in different multidisciplinary fields of activity: distribution installation (multi-energy; traditional fuels; bioGNV; IRVE; H2; biofuels) Highway areas and tolls, carpooling parking lots Centers of exploitation and maintenance for vehicles (heavy goods vehicles; aircraft) Urban developments New mobilities Tertiary or industrial buildings Deconstruction
The projects piloted by IMING focus on the following issues:
- Virtuous mobilities:
Hydrogen, LNG; IRVE; biofuels
- Eco-design
- Management and treatment of rainwater
- Renewable energies: mainly photovoltaic
- Codes of construction, labor, environment, public procurement, etc.
- Renovation/Construction of industrial or tertiary buildings
- Site diagnostics
- Building deconstruction
- Historical monuments
- Management of works in exploited environments
Dynamic and small-sized company, IMING has 6 agencies in France: IDF in Montrouge (92) with 30 employees; in the Lyon region in Brignais (69) with nearly 35 employees;
Nantes (7 employees);
Marseille (5 employees);
Bordeaux (7 employees) and Béziers (3 employees).
IMING wishes to strengthen its teams in project management within the Building Cell. The project manager will intervene as a master of works and as an assistant to master of works, more occasionally as an engineering consultant.
Role of Project ManagerThe project manager will pilot construction projects from feasibility studies/diagnoses to the ACT, or even to the reception operations (GPA included); as a master of works or assistant to master of works
The projects will focus on the audit and diagnosis, the conception and execution follow-up of redevelopments, heavy renovations, constructions of tertiary (offices; restaurants) or industrial buildings (maintenance workshops for heavy goods vehicles or aircraft). The projects, realized in 95% in exploited sites, always contain a component of OPC. The project manager could also be asked to work as an OPC, conception and execution, on renovation projects of historical monuments.
The issues addressed will be the normative and regulatory compliance, the eco-design of the projects, the coexistence works/exploitation, the management of the group, the industrial risks.
The main missions entrusted are detailed below:
In the phase of Feasibility Studies / Sketches / Programming
He will technically, temporally and financially pilot the co-contractors and subcontractors, mainly the usual partners of IMING (BET Structures; BET Fluids; BET Environment; Architects; MOE Asbestos/Lead; …).
He will carry out preliminary studies (technical and regulatory) to confirm the site's capacity to receive the project.
He will sketch the project to determine its main lines.
He will make financial estimates and CAPEX/OPEX analyses of the different scenarios and conceive decision-making tools for the client.
