Job Title
Your challenge:
- Conducting tests and expertise on metallic materials
- Metallography work and sample preparation (cutting, polishing, testing) - Failure analysis and technical investigations
- Writing test reports, expertise, and technical offers
- Interaction with internal SNCF clients and participation in projects
- Compliance with quality/cost/time commitments and safety/environmental procedures
Your strengths:
- Degree in Engineering or experienced technician profile in materials/mechanics
- Knowledge in failure analysis (FA) essential
- Skills in mechanics + reading technical plans
- Experience in industrial environment
- Rigor, autonomy, and writing ability
- Ideally knowledge of bearings/mechanical components
