Job Description
Join the team that is working on next generation ATE solutions and semiconductor devices, supporting customers in getting their digital test requirements turned into reality. You'll work on cutting-edge technology working side by side with our customers in close collaboration with R&D and marketing in a cross-functional, international environment.
This is an ideal position for a software or electrical engineer with a strong test engineering background, requiring both in depth knowledge of the V93000 system, as well as strong SW skills for writing test programs and tooling to meet customer needs.

Skills and Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience on semiconductor ATE test development, focused on digital
- C/C++ experience
