We’re looking for an experienced Project Engineer with 4+ years of land development design experience to join our Mission Hills and Cardiff team. If you’re passionate about designing and developing thriving communities and want to work with a like-minded team, we want to hear from you!
WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Project Engineer
, you will:
- Design land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities.
- Prepare detailed plans, calculations, and reports using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs.
- BS Degree in Engineering (Civil or Environmental) from a four year college or university.
- Multiple years of experience with CAD software (Carlson/Civil 3D/AutoCAD )
- Possess 4+ years of relevant work experience in land development
- Excellent oral & written communication skills

CompensationPLSA is committed to pay equity, and as part of this commitment, have provided the annual base compensation range of $90,000.00 – $ per year depending upon experience.
