The Caterpillar Leadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP) for Operations Leadership is a three‑year rotational program designed to accelerate development of entry‑level talent and provide a solid foundation for meeting challenges within operations and manufacturing. Upon completion, graduates will be placed in a role with a minimum commitment of two years.

- Recognize and value all team members’ contributions
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related Engineering or Technology field by the program start date.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0 (no rounding).
- Willingness to relocate domestically for each rotation and for post‑program assignment.
- 0–2 years of relevant manufacturing or supply‑chain/logistics experience (internship or academic projects acceptable).
- Project or team leadership experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Program start dates:
January 2027 and June 2027.

Relocation is available for this position. Sponsorship is not available. The position requires working onsite five days a week.
