Precision Measurement Equipment Calibrator

Duties

You will perform testing, calibration, diagnostics repair, and certification of Electronic Measurement Equipment, Electro-Mechanical Equipment, and Mechanical Test Systems.

You will apply a comprehensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic principles.

You will operate electronic principles related to equipment which is integrated with other device and complicated by a variety of multi-component assemblies and devices with intricate functional relationship.

You will utilize electronic circuits to measure electronic or electrical quantities to determine the performance characteristics and accuracy of other instruments and equipment.

You will judge the impact of repairs on related integrated devices and perform further adjustments and alignments.

You will create and execute a complete operation testing program for a system or product for a weapons system or combat system.
