We are seeking an Engineer I/II to support our San Diego office.

• Hands‑on experience while learning from senior engineers who are invested in your growth.

• Employees are known for strong technical design skills and familiarity with all phases of land development.

• Prepare engineering plans and production.
• Perform design tasks, engineering calculations, solve design problems, and develop knowledge of general design standards and agency requirements for plan preparation.
• Engineer II additional duties: coordinate with architect/agency/client for production and design; independently make engineering judgment and solve design issues.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four‑year college or university and 1–2 years of civil engineering design experience for Engineer I, or 2–5 years for Engineer II.
• EIT certification required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD;
  Civil 3D experience preferred.
• A motivated, curious problem‑solver who works well independently and on a team.
