Our team leads the research and development of next generation sensor technologies, spanning early-stage concept exploration to scalable manufacturing solutions. We innovate client processes, materials, and equipment architectures that enable breakthrough sensor performance. This uniquely integrated R&D environment bridges exploratory science with translational engineering, allowing technical contributions to directly influence current products while shaping future platforms—advancing meaningful, real-world impact for our customers every day.
You work with senior scientists, engineers, and a team of technicians to characterize and develop functional prototype sensors for cutting edge future product designs. You will conduct bench-top laboratory experiments for device characterization. You will support engineering builds by inspection, characterization, data collection, providing feedback, and helping to problem solve issues. You perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance for instruments and equipment, as well as setup/teardown activities daily.
You perform laboratory-related clerical duties including filing, recordkeeping, entering data into computer database, and documenting experimental results when necessary. You maintain a clean working environment and help keep track of existing sensor and material inventory. You will input data utilizing various software including but not limited to Excel.
You are a team player & good communicator! You enjoy challenging work and look forward to growing your technical skills through on-the-job shadowing. You are organized and detail-oriented, documenting experiments so they can be presented and replicated. You're able to manage timelines, and execute projects in a collaborative environment. You can work safely with in-development chemical formulations and prototype automation. You can work safely in a dynamic development laboratory environment.

High school diploma or GED required. 4-6 years experience required. Experience in laboratory characterization required. Electrochemical characterization experience is a plus.
