Jobtailor seeks an experienced BESS project leader in San Diego to drive end-to-end storage projects within PV+S portfolios. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage contracts, and ensure PPA obligations are met with cost efficiency and low risk.
You will collaborate with battery suppliers, EPCs and design SMEs to optimize hardware, controls, and permitting, while overseeing RFPs, engineering handoffs, and site commissioning. Travel up to 25% is required.
