Attached to our Clichy (92) agency, you will work with clients on construction technical control missions.

Your scope of work will be the Seine-Saint-Denis (93) department.

In this role, you will:

• Work with clients on construction technical control missions.
• Provide technical follow-up on construction projects from conception to the completion of work (solidity, fire safety, accessibility for the disabled, acoustics, thermal).
• Conduct project studies, plan analyses, and site verifications.
• Write reports with your technical opinions.
• Collaborate in the development of new offers.
• Participate in the evolution of our procedures by occasionally joining working groups and testing new digital tools.
• Support our clients through all stages of their needs and retain them.
• Contribute to the commercial development of the agency.

• You hold a degree from an engineering cycle specialized in BTP/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• You have initial experience as an engineer in Construction Technical Control.
• You are driven by the challenge and wish to contribute to the development of our agency.
• You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of service, and commitment.
• You must have a B permit.
