IEM is seeking a senior Mechanical Engineering Lead to drive mechanical design across hyperscaler data center programs, focusing on power skids and e-houses. You will review customer requirements, lead design reviews, and ensure designs are manufacturable and compliant with industry standards.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of modular mechanical systems. Frequent travel to sites and facilities is expected.
