Stichting Pleyade zoekt een regieverpleegkundige die de zorgkwaliteit op twee locaties versterkt en uitlegt. Je werkt naast de zorg op de werkvloer en draagt bij aan het ontwikkelen van het nieuwe zorgmodel.
Je vormt een brug tussen praktijk, beleid en onderwijs en coacht collega’s om continu te verbeteren. Je coördineert zorgprocessen, vertaalt knelpunten naar concrete verbeteracties en werkt nauw samen met locatiemanager en specialisten ouderengeneeskunde.
