Distribution Coordinator​/EIT

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to develop power‑related design options or recommendations, and assist in preparation of project deliverables such as engineering drawings, cost estimates, and project specifications.
• Perform routine engineering assignments using standard techniques and procedures.
• Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables.
• Work independently on small projects or assist senior engineers on larger projects.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers, other Engineers in Training (EITs), Designers, or BIM Specialists as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Perform field work, analysis, calculations, and design for various overhead and underground system improvement projects.
• Prepare deliverables for use by the client in support of land acquisition, permitting, and construction.

• Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate.
• Candidates without an EIT will be placed into a Design Coordinator role and expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Compensation for this position depends on skills, experience, education, and geographic location:
San Diego, CA: $71,000 – $85,000;
Las Vegas, NV: $70,000 – $94,000.
