Radio Frequency Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled RF Test Engineer with hands-on experience in 5G  validation and wireless device testing
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing RF performance and sensitivity tests, validating cellular modem functionality, analyzing test results, and ensuring compliance with 3

GPP standards using industry-standard RF test equipment.

• Perform RF testing and validation of 5G  devices and cellular modems.
• Execute Reference Sensitivity Testing and RF performance benchmarking across multiple frequency bands.
• Validate 5G  (SA) functionality, including FDD and TDD configurations.
• Configure and operate RF test equipment such as Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz (R&S), and Anritsu
  .
• Execute automated RF test suites and support RF automation workflows.
• Perform conducted RF testing in shielded lab environments.
• Analyze RF test data, identify failures, and troubleshoot discrepancies between different test platforms.
• Validate test cases against 3
  
  GPP TS 38-521-1 specifications and ensure compliance.
• Create and maintain RF test matrices covering bands, bandwidths, and radio configurations.
• Generate detailed test reports, correlation reports, and discrepancy reports using CSV and Tableau.
• Document test execution, track issues, and provide regular status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve RF performance issues and improve test coverage.

• 5–7 years of experience in RF testing, wireless device validation, or cellular modem testing.
• Strong knowledge of 5G , including FDD and TDD.
• Experience with Reference Sensitivity Testing and RF performance validation.
• Hands-on experience with Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz (R&S), or Anritsu RF test equipment.
• Strong understanding of 3
  
  GPP TS 38-521-1 RF test methodology.
• Knowledge of RF parameters such as bandwidth, SCS, ARFCN, MCS, power class, Rx chain configuration, and transmission modes.
• Experience with RF automation tools and automated test execution.
• Ability to analyze RF test results and prepare technical reports.
• Experience with CSV, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

• Experience in conducted RF testing using shielded environments.
• Experience supporting customer-facing or high-compliance validation programs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing activities.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
