NV5 is seeking a Senior Pipeline Stress Engineer to support advanced pipe stress analysis for above ground natural gas piping and related systems. You will model and evaluate piping under thermal, seismic, wind, and other loads, ensuring code compliance and safe design.
Ideal candidates hold a PE license (CA preferred), a BS in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, 10+ years in pipeline/piping, and proficiency with CAESAR II for complex analyses across gas transmission and distribution infrastructure.
