This is not your typical job. You’ll start working with us under a vendor-based engagement model, gaining real project experience from day one. If you perform well, you’ll have a clear path to transition into a full-time staff position at ENG.
What you'll do
Work on real Civil BIM projects focused on site development, utilities, grading, and infrastructure design. You’ll develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit, collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, review project documentation for constructability, identify clashes, and help deliver high-quality solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Civil BIM modeling.
- Experience with site development, grading, sitework, utilities, or heavy civil projects.
- Experience with wet utilities (water, sewer, storm) and/or dry utilities.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
- Experience identifying and resolving clashes during BIM coordination.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary BIM teams.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher. Daily communication in English is required.
- Own computer/laptop.
Nice to Have
- ArcGIS experience.
- Experience with ACC, BIM 360, shared models, or collaborative BIM environments.
- Experience on large infrastructure projects.
- Experience working on US-based projects.
- Experience with LOD 300-350 development.

We are especially interested in Civil Engineers with experience in utilities, grading, site development, heavy civil infrastructure, and BIM coordination using Revit. Experience with Civil 3D, pipe networks, and collaborative BIM workflows is highly valued.
