- Minimum 2–5 years of experience supporting CAD software
- Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to software, scripting, and user support
- Familiarity with civil site design, including 3D profiling and street design (nice to have)
- Experience with specialized engineering software such as FSS or AGTEK
