The Senior Transportation Project Manager (Municipal) will lead the planning, execution, and completion of transportation projects ranging from small to large multi‑discipline projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and manage all aspects of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and scope control.
• Coordinate engineering teams and balance workload throughout project development.
• Maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
• Represent the firm in reviews with governing agencies for code compliance.
• Lead design development sessions and contract document production with cross‑functional staff.
• Track project financials and adjust work effort to meet schedule and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller, and area managers for project reviews.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Experience with grade separations, BRT, and Caltrans highway projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Micro Station) and ability to train others.
• Experience using Civil 3D, InRoads, or Civil 3D.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineering license recognized in the location of the position (e.g., PE or P.Eng).
• MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience a plus).
• Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
