Position: Project Manager (Solar)

What You’ll Do as a Project Manager:
  • Lead civil engineering design and project delivery for utility-scale solar and energy related projects with a focus on quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
  • Provide direct client, contractor, utility, and agency interface and spearhead permitting and plan processing for energy projects.
  • Support marketing, business development, lead finding, and pursuit of new work within the solar and broader energy market.
  • Perform administrative and financial tasks such as invoicing, budget monitoring, proposals, change orders, team timecard approvals, and attendance at required meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university and civil engineering design experience of at least 10 years.
  • At least 3 years of experience serving as the central design figure, mentor to employees, and lead for overseeing workflow of projects.
  • Excellent problem solving, decision-making, communication, and team building skills, and abilities to manage a land development project from start to finish (entitlements through construction support).
  • PE certification required
