Purpose:
Performs technical work to sustain energy distribution operations, including routine analysis, system updates, and coordination of maintenance activities. Assists in planning and scheduling tasks that improve reliability and service continuity. Reporting to the Customer Project Management Department, the Energy Delivery Associate II is responsible for planning and managing customer requested projects. This role involves regularly conversing with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders at project sites to guide projects through the utility service and energization process.
The position supports a diverse portfolio of projects, including but not limited to new business, upgrades, and rearrangement work for residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and
