Harris’ Communication Systems segment is currently seeking a Lead, Program Management to join our team. This position can be based at our Salt Lake City, UT or San Diego, CA facilities.

• Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract
• Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes
• Strong negotiation skills, with ability to work toward win-win solutions
• Leverages broad experience in shaping, developing and demonstrating for the government to recommend tactics and strategies that directly impact the achievement of overall government and L3

• Develops specific courses of action in program execution and capture planning, that yield predictable results and profitable return on investment

• Demonstrated experience managing major supplier partners and subcontracts to perform
• Extensive Experience with earned value program management and risk management.
• Experience leading matrixed organizations.

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 9 years relevant experience OR Graduate Degree and minimum of 7 years relevant experience is preferred
• Current or in-scope Secret security clearance w/TS eligibilty
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 20%)

• Experience with earned value program management and risk management
• Current or in-scope TS/SCI security clearance
• Ability to gain Special Access (SAP) security clearance

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater

D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $127,500-$236,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
