The Regional Permitting Manager – Central is a hands-on and regional lead responsible for managing all permitting activities for SOLV Energy's utility-scale solar, BESS, high-voltage, and O&M projects within the Central region. This role owns the day-to-day execution of the permitting process across assigned projects — from preconstruction due diligence through permit closeout — and serves as the primary point of contact with AHJs, consultants, and internal project teams within the region.
Complex or politically sensitive issues are escalated to the Director of Permitting, who manages senior government and client relationships at the program level. Familiarity with ERCOT/PUCT, Texas county permitting, Southeast utility commission processes, and Midwest rural AHJ environments is strongly preferred.
Preconstruction & Business Development Support
