Senior Engineer (Turbine Production

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support for gas turbine components and assemblies across multiple engine model lines.
• Support manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams with production and technical issues.
• Review and resolve non-conforming or discrepant materials in collaboration with quality and engineering teams.
• Work with manufacturing processes including castings, forgings, machining, coatings, heat treatments, and welding
  .
• Analyze engineering drawings and inspection reports (CMM, ATOS) to support quality and production decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement process improvements
  .
• Apply Six Sigma / continuous improvement methodologies and support data-driven engineering solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  .
• 10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or mechanical design.
• Experience with gas turbines, turbo machinery, or complex mechanical systems
  .
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, machining, sheet metal forming, coatings, and heat treatment
  .
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and engineering drawings
  .
• Experience reviewing inspection data from CMM, ATOS, or similar measurement systems
  .
• Basic experience with CAD tools such as Pro-E / CREO or similar systems
  .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams
  .

• Salary: 125,000$-175,000$ plus benefits
