As the Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL), you will oversee the establishment of the systems engineering baseline and ensuring seamless integration and validation of the SLCM-N missile system. The ultimate objective of this role is a successful Systems Validation Review (SVR) with the US Navy customer. This role carries full cost, schedule, and technical leadership responsibilities for a multidisciplinary team and requires collaboration across multiple Raytheon locations.
