Program Manager, Field Testing

We are looking for a Program Manager, Field Testing to own the execution layer of the company's growing Field Testing program. As we transition field testing to a more structured, milestone-gated user validation function built on Centercode, this role will run active tests end-to-end — keeping testers engaged, feedback flowing, and hardware accounted for — with minimal oversight once ramped. You will work in close partnership with the Field Testing DRI, owning the operational detail so the broader team can focus on strategic and cross-functional decisions.

This is a U.S.

-based hybrid role, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in office and a preference for candidates based in San Francisco or San Diego.

the company takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.

These ranges may be modified in the future.

• Region 1: $119,000 - $140,000

• Region 2: $106,250 - $125,000

• Region 3:$99,450 - $117,000
