Anthropic is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to own how our servers, racks, and accelerator systems are built at contract manufacturers and ODM partners. You will design and qualify assembly, integration, and test processes, bring up new lines and sites, and drive yield, cycle time, and cost once in production.
This hands-on role requires experience with complex electromechanical hardware, on-site work, and travel up to 50% to partner factories in the US and abroad.
