In this role, you’ll build and strengthen client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and strategic advisor. You’ll balance technical excellence with financial and operational performance, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.

This is an opportunity to combine engineering expertise, leadership, and big-picture thinking, owning complex initiatives and turning vision into reality while making a lasting impact on essential infrastructure systems.

Projected Compensation $160 - $180+

What You'll Do:
  • Drive project execution strategies, proactively identifying risks, resolving challenges, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
  • Develop and monitor detailed project work plans, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficient use of time and financial performance.
  • Lead client presentations, workshops, and stakeholder meetings, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, permitting requirements, and industry standards throughout all project phases.
  • Oversee contract management activities, including scope development, negotiations, change orders, and documentation.
  • Champion continuous improvement by implementing best practices, innovative technologies, and process enhancements across projects.
  • Partner with business development teams to identify new opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support project pursuits and interviews.
  • Monitor project financials, including forecasting, invoicing, and profitability analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, environmental, planning, and construction teams
